Privacy policy
General
This policy explains what data the website portfolio.ponomar.academy (the “Website”) collects, why we use it and how we protect it.
We process data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the request form yourself:
- your name;
- a way to reach you — Telegram, phone or email;
- what you need, your budget and project details — if you fill them in.
The Website never asks for passport, payment or other sensitive data.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. We don't use this data for newsletters or advertising without your separate consent.
The legal basis for processing is the consent you give by sending the form.
Where the data goes
Your request passes through the hosting server of Vercel Inc. and is delivered to the Website owner in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). These services may process data outside Ukraine and the EU under their own privacy policies.
We don't share or sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed to discuss the project and work together. On request, we delete it sooner.
Cookies and statistics
The Website uses one technical cookie, lang, to remember your chosen language, and browser storage so the welcome screen isn't shown twice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies, doesn't store IP addresses and doesn't recognise you across websites — we only see aggregate numbers: how many people visited, which pages, where they came from and from which country.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to us — we'll reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the data protection authority in your country.
Children
The Website is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
